As one of the fourth generation of Fowlers at Modern, Fred’s son, West, loves the outdoors second only to his love for the family business, which he joined in 1993. That was a big year for West as he was also married that same year. He and his wife have 3 children. West was born and raised right here in Winston-Salem and attended Mount Tabor High School then went on to graduate from Appalachian State. West took such a liking to the Boone area that he was happy to take on the role of Dealer Principal for Modern’s two High Country dealerships; Modern Toyota of Boone and Modern Subaru of Boone.
Omnia followed his dad, Fred Fowler, into the car business and started working part-time in the Modern dealerships in 1985. He went full-time in 1991 after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Go Vols! Omnia is currently the dealer principal of the Modern Toyota store in Winston-Salem.
Omnia and his wife Jennifer have four children, Ashton, Garrett, Eliza and Wyatt. When Omnia isn’t overseeing operations at our Toyota store, he and Jennifer spend much of their spare time watching the kids participate in all their various activities. He also likes to play golf, deep-sea fishing and collect old baseball memorabilia, and has a sizable collection of baseball cards.
Guy Wade is the GM at both of our Boone Dealerships, Modern Toyota and Modern Subaru of Boone. He has been in the Automotive Industry since 1985 and brings a down-to-earth feel to our Boone team. Guy, his wife, Rosario, and their three children, Alec, Isabella, and Sophia live in Valle Crucis. A typical family outing for the Wade Family consists of hiking, fishing, and dining at their favorite local restaurants. On Sundays, you’ll likely find Guy grilling a feast for his family and cheering for the Miami Dolphins!
With a career spanning over two decades in the automobile industry, John Campbell brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role as Sales Manager at Modern Subaru.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is the father of two children, Joey and Ashlynn, and a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, Elliott, Amelia, Briella, and Sullivan. When he’s not immersed in the world of automobiles, John finds solace in his favorite hobbies. He enjoys the tranquility of fishing, the thrill of exploring new destinations while traveling, and most importantly, cherishing precious moments with his family.
Born and raised in Boone, Adriane Lewis has been with the Modern Subaru of Boone Family since 2013 and helps customers who are shopping for vehicles on the internet. She says the favorite part of her job is meeting and helping people and changing their minds about how a car buying experience should be.
Adriane is a woman of many interests. She enjoys skiing, hiking, painting, tiling tables, arts and crafts, singing in her car, walking her dog (a husky named Roxy), and most all outdoor activities. Adriane’s most enjoyable experience was camping in the Southern Provence region of France while she was an exchange student in Switzerland.
Amy Stout is the Senior Business Development Specialist at Modern Subaru. If you call the sales department, chances are you’ll have the pleasure of speaking with Amy. Since joining the Modern Subaru team in 2017, Amy has been dedicated to assisting customers in finding their perfect Subaru. Her commitment to treating customers with respect and kindness shines through as she builds personal relationships with each individual.
Amy’s super-friendly and approachable nature makes her a breeze to get along with. She goes above and beyond to redefine the car-buying experience, ensuring that customers leave with a positive and memorable impression. Residing in Mountain City, Amy shares her home with her husband, Johnny, and their two grandchildren, Tanner and Tucker.
During her free time, Amy indulges in a variety of activities that bring her joy. You’ll often find her tending to her garden or raising chickens with the boys, fostering a love for nature and sustainability. Amy is also an avid football enthusiast, attending games and relishing the excitement. Family time around campfires and active involvement in their church community are cherished aspects of Amy’s life. Not only are they leaders in their church, but they also lend a helping hand to a nearby orphanage.

Shelia is an Ashe County native. Once the workday winds down, she’s all about that quality time with her loved ones and friends. When he’s not busy at work, Neal’s world revolves around his family. He, his wife Courtney, and their two children, Adyson and Hudson, call Pineola home.
