Didn’t, keep their word. Said they changed the oil and didn’t. Didn’t give my credit for not changing oil. Didn’t change tires. Under warranty didn’t arrange to have vehicle towed in when broke down. Had to pay for vehicle to be towed. Haven’t received all my money. They said not to bring anymore business up there.

I feel we got a good price for a new car. We was in and out pretty quick. Downside, our test ride was around the parking lot. The finance manager really lay the lies and xx on me to sell me service contracts. I knew the things he was saying wasn't true. I'm very knowledgeable about cars and have worked at a couple dealerships myself. But overall I got the car I wanted at a fair price

Nightmare. We thought we had the best buying experience for our son's new car - Anthony made us feel so well taken care of. Even obtaining NC registration and license plates. We didn't find out till 2 months later that Modern Subaru of Boone somehow managed to register and plate the vehicle without adding it to the insurance policy we provided them with. Upon entering Subaru's premises, the greeting we received was friendly without any high pressure sales pitches. Geoff asked just the right questions and directed us to the vehicle that would best fit our lifestyle (2020 Forester). The entire experience was in a relaxed atmosphere (loved the mountain scenery on the back wall) and our new vehicle was "signed, sealed and delivered" in just over a couple of hours. Previous experiences with other dealerships have left us exhausted after a four hour process. Thank you Geoff and Modern Subaru of Boone!

Joe Toliver made the process unbelievably enjoyable. Minimum pressure, maximum information. The vehicle orientation Joe gave us was the most comprehensive I have ever experienced. Zack Alton made the financing angst free. My wife and I had originally brought our 2012 Legacy in for service and made the mistake of looking at the new models while waiting. The differences between 2012 and 2017 are amazing. We ended up trading in our 2012 for a 2017.

My wife & I drove up from Charlotte because we have several family members who have dealt with Joe at Modern Subaru, and they all raved about how good their experience was. We test drove three different models, and ended up choosing a silver 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium with Moonroof Pkg+PRG+Navi+EyeSight+BSD+RCTA+High Beam Assist+Starlink. Joe made the process of the trade & financing easy and clear, and there was no back-and-forth. Once we settled on the car we wanted, he showed us the best deal first. They were very good explaining what would be done for my car and the exact cost. We were a little late getting back to the dealership to pick up the car and the staff were very accamodating and understanding about the delay. (It was the end of the day and time to go home!)

This is a review of my experience dealing with the service department. Back in early February, I bought a used 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from Modern Subaru of Boone. A very friendly staff who clearly know their product and willingly answered any and all questions. They listened to our concerns, detailed the workings of the vehicle features, and quickly arranged a test drive in a location I had chosen to be certain we would be satisfied with the vehicles performance. I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited and I called about a recall. They didn't have the part so they put me on a list. They called when the part came and let me know that there was also another recall that I needed. We scheduled the service. They had coffee and bagels(It was a 7 am service so I was in need of caffeine).
